Now coming to the exercises, there are methods to perform the exercises. The types of fat loss are HIIT, Crossfit, Tabata, etc. The HIIT (High-Intensity-Interval-Training) is best with the bodyweight exercises. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes a set of exercises with a 10 to 30 seconds gap in between each exercise. The exercises must be performed one after another and are performed in circuits according to the target. These exercises can be performed in rep countings or time limit. It would be better with the time limit. These exercises come in the category of cardio. These exercises does not need any equipment at all. You can do this personally at home or anywhere. These exercises not only burn fat but also builds muscles and increase your stamina.
